Are there contracts?

No. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel anytime in one click from your dashboard — no retention calls.

How much does it cost?

Three plans: Presence ($397/mo + $397 setup), Growth ($697/mo + $497 setup), and Dominate ($1,997/mo + $700 setup). Pricing is fully transparent — see the packages page.

What's the setup fee for?

It's a one-time build, not a recurring charge: we create your website, optimize your Google Business Profile, and stand up your citations — real assets that are yours to keep, paid once at signup. After that, your monthly covers the hosting, maintenance, and ongoing work (posts, reviews, ranking, reports).

Do I have to get on a sales call to sign up?

No. Pick your plan and start in minutes — real prices on the page, no quote calls, no sales gauntlet. Everything is self-serve, including Dominate; we confirm your guarantee keywords with you by message before the clock starts. The only call is if you add the Managed Local Services Ads add-on, which includes a quick setup call.

How does the ranking guarantee work?

On Dominate, $500 of your monthly fee is the ranking service. Each month we measure three keywords you choose in the Google Map pack, sampled across a grid of points in your service area — not just one spot. We scan that grid weekly and judge each month by its median, so a brief dip never costs you and a one-day spike never counts. Top 5 on all three bills in full; miss some and we pro-rate (each keyword is one-third) or waive it entirely. You only pay the ranking fee in months we deliver.

Do you run my ads or social media?

Our core is organic — Google Business Profile, reviews, citations, ranking, and your website. For home-services businesses that want leads right away, we offer Managed Local Services Ads as an optional add-on (you pay Google only when a customer contacts you). We don't run general social or display ads — we'll point you to specialists for those.

How fast will I see results?

Profile and review activity show within the first weeks; ranking improvements typically follow over 60–90 days. You'll see the work happening in your dashboard the whole way.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.

What if I have more than one location?

Add locations for $197/mo each. Running 10+ locations? Get in touch about a dedicated multi-location plan.

Do you work with my booking or POS system?

Yes. We integrate around the tools you already use (Vagaro, Square, OpenTable, Toast, and others) — we don't replace them.
